My professional life consists of five years of Life Coaching. I previously worked for 25 years as a Gestalt psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, families and groups. My work is sacred and spiritual. Viewing life from a positive perspective influenced my approach to providing services, writing, and teaching nationally and internationally. I believe in the resiliency of individuals, that when using a broader lens one can find satisfaction from the past, enjoyment in the present, and hope and gratification for the future.
